So very Jack to have his "except Dr. Daniel Jackson" asterisk. Of course it would be that then, because it's how he first thought of him, and he reverts to it in scenes when he has cause to think of his beginnings with Daniel.

And yes, Jack can't stand any form of incompetence, which makes his playing dumb doubly ironic.

In the end Janet (deservedly) steals the show. We all wish that she had.
