Yes, I liked it. It surprised me how much I liked it. I hope next week's will be just as good, although I'm a tad annoyed at how much I've been spoiled for it because of the people laughing on their LJ's about the slip of the tongue in the previews.

Landry. Maybe because we haven't seen him do anything that wasn't either bland or stupid? He seems a bit removed. And when he does take action, it's annoying. And I think trying to force the emotional connection with Lam, just to give us a shortcut to like him, was stupid on the writer's part. We didn't find out about Kayla and Tessa until Crystal Skull, did we? Personally, the less I see of Landry, the happier I am.

And speaking of Lam... Yes, I do know why she's been offscreen. And I wish the actress all the best. But you know me; I like in story explanations for things. So her absence, without any mention of why, irritates.

"Kyle from Apophis ep"? Did that actor play another part in an earlier season? I didn't recognize him, although SG-1 certainly does recycle its guest stars! Which ep, and what part did he play?

You're right about the fighters on Chulak; it's just odd that this Prior seems to have a completely different method of doing things. And Tomin! Kudos to the actor for bringing a character who was once just a stereotype into wonderful life.

And teamy goodness is ALWAYS yay. :)
