Back in September, we ran a poll to choose future subjects for Alphabet Soups. Jonas Quinn was third on the list, so it's his turn for the limelight! I find this highly appropriate, as we're in the home stretch for S6 over at 
redial_the_gate, and by the time Jonas Alphabet Soup goes live, we'll have finished the season.
Do you realize we've had seventy-nine different authors participating in these mini-ficathons over the years? Is SG-1 fandom awesome or what?
I would've liked to set the date for SG-1 Gen Fic Day and Jonas Alphabet Soup for April 2nd, which is my rec anniversary (four years, over 550 recs and counting!), but since that comes out in the middle of Pesach I'm going to have to skip it. :) We'll go with Wednesday, April 7th, instead.
In the meantime, though, we need one-word prompts for Jonas! Remember that this Alphabet Soup is supposed to be gen. :) Contribution of prompts does not commit you in any way to signing up for the Soup itself when the time comes - it's just to help inspire ideas for ficlets. So please comment below single-word prompts that you find appropriate for Jonas, such as: team, Rush, naquadriah, Kelowna, Langara, ice, banana, matching, French fries, smiles, ethics, Nirrti, Ori... you get the idea. :) I'll collate them all for the official prompts post, which will be posted sometime next week.
And don't forget - just because the Alphabet Soup will be about Jonas doesn't mean you can't write non-Jonas related fic as independent contributions to Gen Fic Day!
