A few Daniel links of my own to get things started!
Some Daniel-centric fics of mine (you can all stop laughing, okay. I chose the ones that were [mostly] more about Daniel's personality):
Speaking of Daniel. Twelve prompted drabbles, twelve glimpses of Daniel.
Dial it Up, Daniel. Daniel idly speculates on Ancient influence on the human psyche. Very vague references to events through much of the show, but no real spoilers. 520 words. Rated G.
The Importance of Past and Future. ~1,300 words. PG. Daniel/Sha’re. A look back – or possibly forward – at a crucial scene on Abydos. Includes spoilers for the end of S8.
Taking Tally. 4,350 words. PG. SG-1 doesn't always win. It's a good thing they have each other to help pick up the pieces. Jack POV, Daniel-centric, Teal'c awesomeness.
Team Effort. 1,070 words. PG. The team that trains together, breaks out of prisons together. Set just after Need, with vague spoilers. Includes some pointed villain whumping.
Toos: Daniel and Jack, the night after Sha're's funeral.
Motivation. Daniel's intense hatred for the Goa'uld runs deeper than others might expect. A character study set in late S3, with various spoilers for previous events.
Waiting for Daniel. ~1,250 words. PG. Jack takes a bleak look at seven years of waiting for Daniel, and wonders if he's ever coming back. Includes spoilers for Stargate: the Movie and the first six seasons.
A Fine and Private Place. In the wake of Descension, Daniel considers the nature of memories, with an extra dose of angst. Centered around S7, but assume spoilers for anything from the beginning of the show through Ripple Effect in S9.
Self-interest: "Not until I'm dead... and sometimes, not even then." A bit of filler from Threads.
Here are some of my favorite Daniel-centric fics that I've recced in the past. I assure you, they are only a fraction of the whole! I kept it to one fic per author with some effort.
Please Hang Up and Try Again, by Aby. Five phone calls that Daniel never got because they're AU; five phone messages that were left on his answering machine the year he was Ascended. These say so much not only about Daniel, but about how others relate to him.
Daniel of Abydos series. The only kidfic I ever really loved, because Daniel's age is built right into the story from the beginning and his personality is wonderfully, definitely his. Awesome friendships, fantastic rewriting of over six seasons. Five novel-length stories!

The Taste of Honey, The Hum of Bees, by Salieri. Another gorgeous Descended!Daniel exploration, this time with team. Includes some Daniel/Sha're.
Ketchup, by Jaed. Classic crackfic!
Numerology, by Random. Jack considering Daniel in his absence by what's lacking in all the other people who tried for SG-1, and my all-time favorite Random fic.
I love all of Tallulah Rasa's work, but In Which Daniel Doesn't Talk to Himself is a great sketch of unhappy!Daniel in late S4.
The Cat Came Back and The Cat Came Back Again by Lolmac and Thothmes is a fun, silly romp with some surprisingly serious overtones. Daniel Descends... as a cat. S10 era.
Lovely, bysaffronhouse. AU sharply after The Light, in which Daniel is on the run and bumps into the character from Sentinel. Who will find him first: SG-1, the NID, or other-worldly creatures that are stalking him?
K is for Kawoosh, bygreen_grrl. A happy teamy goodness story, complete with Daniel Interpretive Dance (tm).
Myopia, bychocolatekettle. A short, sharp episode tag to Need.
Revisionist History, by Penknife. Great exploration of that unknown timeframe between Daniel's parents' deaths and his meeting with Catherine Langford in Stargate: the Movie.
Dances With Knives, bysg_betty. Post S10, a promise that even after everything, Daniel can still find joy and wonder out there.
With the Dying, by Dira. An aching Moebius fic that shows all too clearly that for Moebius!Daniel, there's really no such thing as a happy ending.

Words of Beauty/Love/Life, by Tejas. Dreamy, almost lyrical sketch of Daniel, to the background of working out a translation offworld.

Untitled Daniel, by bysixbeforelunch. The one I am smug to have inspired! Because Daniel doesn't do bullying, and the SGC knows that all too well.
You Can't Go Home Again, The Enemy of My Enemy, Whatever it Takes, by Redbyrd. The queen of Episode Tags takes on Daniel through the first eps of S1.
Ciphers , by Destina. Daniel slowly loses his ability to communicate.
Jericho, by Isabeau. Heartbreak post-Legacy fic.
