Don't know if you know music, but to me Daniel and Jack are synchopation--it's the jazz beat where the hit falls between counts. It's pure magic, but also easy to fall off. Daniel and Sam are on the same counts--easy to stay on, but doesn't give you that complex rhythym going. So, yes, very different click.
