November was a pretty quiet month in fandomland, as many people were busy with NaNoWriMo. I don't have that excuse, so here's a look at what happened here in November:
In fic
A Matter of Preference. A snippet of Sha're-as-Amaunet, set in S1. I like this one a lot, probably because the research-to-word ratio is so ridiculously out of proportion!
Dabbles of Drabbles. My second series of drabbles, and nooooo, it does not get easier as it goes along... people likemartyfan who can just dash them off have my awed respect. Ten drabbles, running from pre-series through S9.
Taking Tally. The team after a failed mission, post-Secrets. Jack POV, Daniel-centric, Teal'c awesomeness. This was very hard to write, but I'm glad I did it.
Also, I posted yesterday with this rather silly offer: Comment with a summary or your review of a fic that I've never written, and I'll write you a paragraph or three of the non-existent fic. That offer is still open, if anyone else cares to offer a suggestion! (I thinkabysinnia4077's prompt is my current favorite, for the sheer silliness.)
In fandom
After last month's slightly cracky Out of Step, I posted a poll about defining "woobie." Well worth reading the highly entertaining (and long) comment threads, including Daffy Duck clips and woobie conjugations!
I asked for prompt suggestions for Vala Alphabet Soup and got lots. Yes, we are going to try to get 26 gen fics about her. :) Sign-up post will be going up sometime this week.

redial_the_gate started its rewatch of S6, and I started... my first watch of S6! It's been fun to liveblog my reactions to watching these eps for the first time. New Stargate, people. I can't tell you how much fun I'm having. :) We've done the first four eps so far. If you're interested in backreading, use the redial_the_gate tag.
