In three weeks, we'll be celebrating SG-1 Gen Fic Day, with a side order of Crossover Alphabet Soup!
We're still short one fandom. I know there are lots of people on my flist/reading circle who are still fans of SG-1 but have developed a new interest in other fandoms, particularly Sanctuary. That fandom is still unclaimed, as is Farscape or even Smallville, if you're looking for same-actor crossover fun. So if you're interesting in writing a minimum of 100 words of gen SG-1 crossover fic by February 1, please go to this entry and sign up. Or comment right here! :) Technically, the only letter left is K, but G and L are available if you really prefer them.
On the subject of crossovers, I was doing some maintenance coding and stumbled on an old entry of mine: Thoughts on Writing Good Crossovers. The discussion there (and also at the mirrored post at DW) might be of interest.
