In fandom, Pi Day got celebrated with some Sam squee. In fic, I wrote another round of happy drabbles (thanks for the great prompts, people! Other than that, though, my fandom time this month was mostly taken by recs.

This was my first month sincestargateficrec gave me the Staff Reccer title, which allows me to rec... well, whatever I feel like, really. :) It's an interesting challenge. This month, I chose to rec early Teal'c friendship fics: stories with each person on the team and the beginnings of their friendships. I couldn't do one for Sam, because I just recced Teal'c and Sam friendship a few months ago and there aren't any on my to-rec list! But I did one each for Daniel, Jack, Vala, Cam, and Jonas:

It's quite possible that even the authors had forgotten about them by now, but they're all well worth reading!

sg1genrecs is running Reccer's Weeks this month: volunteers sign up for a week at a time and commit themselves to rec at least two gen stories during that period. We have three out of four weeks claimed so far. yvi is first and she's already posted a great rec! If you want to sign up to rec two gen stories in one of the last two weeks of April, comment at this link to volunteer.
