It's time to start preparing the ingredients for our thirteenth Alphabet Soup!
It all started back in March 2008, when we Defined Sam from A to Z. Since then, over 110 authors have collaborated to create Soups for every member of the team, Janet, George, Jacob, Team, and Crossovers. This time, we'll be serving up Bra'tac (and Jaffa) Alphabet Soup on June 25th in celebration of SG-1 Gen Fic Day. Here's your chance to claim a letter.
This is how it works: the letters of the alphabet are available on a first come, first served basis. In order to keep all claims in one place, comment at the LJ entry and claim a letter - one letter per author only. I'll strike them out as they're claimed, but as long as you made your request first, the letter is yours. By making a claim, you are committing yourself to writing at least 100 words of Bra'tac (or Jaffa) fic by June 25th.
There's lots more detail at the LJ entry, and I hope to see lots of people signing up for this. I know the fandom is growing smaller, but I still think we've got plenty of squee left. :)
