Hammond Alphabet Tribute poll

Earlier today, I posted to ask how people felt about going live with our Alphabet Soup General Hammond tribute on July 29 (30 days after Don left us), since that's also the day that Continuum officially premieres. Most responses were positive, but an interesting suggestion or two was made, so... time for another poll again. :)

I think birthday fic would be a great tribute to the man who brought us glee as General Hammond. We can celebrate it for him! :)

Man, I really want to write for this, but I'm in the middle of trying to submit original work to 2 different places, and then there's a wedding I'm in....You know what? I'll try to write for it regardless. But that's why I voted mid-August.

I'm not brave enough to go for a letter *hides from the X* but if people wanted to write Hammond fic, just for the occasion, would that be possible too?
