Has anyone noticed the sheer volume of fabulous gen fic we've been getting lately? And that the majority of those stories focus on the women of Stargate? That's because two ficathons, both focusing on women, have gone live at the same time: the Awesome Women ficathon (which is multi-fandom) and ![[info]](https://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif)
gate_women. Yay!
My own contribution togate_women has just been sent off for its second round of beta. This is because Random is awesome and never lets me get away with being sloppy. :)
I feel positively spoiled: all this great gen fic and Gen Fic Day coming up at the end of next week! July 8th, don't forget. We'll celebrate Daniel's birthday in style, with any and all SG-1 gen fic welcomed and a hearty serving of Team Alphabet Soup!
