gate_women would get more traffic, I really do. It's a Stargate comm that emphasizes the women of the Gates, whether it's SG-1, SGA, or even SGU. Gen is usually the default but it is by no means required!
There's a new challenge now at the comm: 11 in 11. Basically, it's a commitment to post 11 times in the next 11 months, throughout the calendar year 2011. Entries can be fic links, recs, meta, picspam, or any combination thereof. It doesn't have to be restricted to a single character or even a single show.
I've just posted my first entry - on Sha're, naturally. :) You'll find it here.
I know there are lots of Sam and Janet and Vala fans who read my posts, so I hope some of you will wander over to Women of the Gate and sign up, too! :)
