SG-1 Gen Fic Day officially open!

Well, it's Sunday morning in my part of the world, so I officially declare SG-1 Gen Fic Day open! Go here and leave comment fic or recs, or supply a link to a fic or WIP or meta. Any character, any season, funny or angsty or meta-y or fluffy - anything goes, as long as it's gen and SG-1!

kalquessa has already started the festivities with the delightfully cracky Girls (and Jaffa) Do Not Fight Fair.

Here's hoping we get lots of gen fic to celebrate our wonderful show! I'll have an organized round-up tomorrow, but for now, let's just have some fun - and post! :)

Ficlet request: No Place Like Home (G)

I restarted this ficlet eight times. Fluffy, angsty, funny - they all flopped. I tried it from Daniel's POV and Selmac's and nothing worked. Finally I gave up and let Sam take over - and it still ended up going in a completely unexpected direction! I can only hope you like this, Redbyrd. uniquinum's might have to wait a little longer.
