SGFA voting

So, voting time at Stargate Fan Awards is finally here.

Nightspear's Diplomacy and Isabeau's Jericho and Redbyrd's Time Out of Mind all in one category.

That is totally unfair. :)

I'm very, very slowly trying to feel my way through all this - and blinking a little at some of the noms. Famed in Song and Story is really Jack and Daniel, but there's no humor category for that duet so... it got moved to Daniel and humor? Some of the noms in the gen categories are most decidedly not gen. Not even Bob. And at least one WIP so far, although that seems to be against the eligibility rules. Confused here, yeah. :)

On the other hand? 1,500 fanworks is staggeringly huge. Much luck to the SGFA team! And I really appreciate the link that takes you directly to your noms, so that you can see where your stories ended up (and whimper some more when you discover the stellar fics by some of your favorite authors in the same categories.)

If you want to participate in this, folks, you might want to start now - I think we're going to need the entire month!

Badfic summary challenge

So in last week's discussion of summaries, I ended up writing some badfic-type summaries for several SG-1 episodes. I thought it would be fun for us to try to write similar summaries for the entire series! Anybody want to help? :)

I've included several under the cut. Feel free to post a comment with a badfic summary for any episode that hasn't yet been done. I'll repost them all in order in a couple of days. Let's see if we can get them all! Movies are welcome, too.

You may label the ep if you'd like, but I think it would be even more enjoyable if other people get to identify them!
