Dial the Gate: Nightwalkers

redial_the_gate does Nightwalkers! I have been promised Sam in leather and Jonas and Teal'c in trenchcoats. Also, I'm pretty sure Sam slaps Jonas and that this ep includes that shot I've seen in music vids of a bunch of soldiers running down a street, waving rifles with lights and looking ridiculously conspicuous. No real commentary here, just liveblogging my reaction. Onwards!

Fun bits aside, what does it say about the NID -- and its superiors, presumably the Joint Chiefs of Staff -- that they're willing to allow innocent civilians to suffer under Goa'uld occupation for the sake of a bit of tech? That sneer about succeeding where the SGC failed. How much of this is Maybourne-like comeuppance vs. Makepeace-like do anything to win the battle against the Go'auld?
