Dial the Gate: Inauguration

Season Eight over at redial_the_gate offically starts tomorrow (voting for the new comm icon is still ongoing), so it's high time I sit down and actually watch the S7 ep I've never managed to watch before!

...Hey, it's a clip show. It's not like it was all that tempting. :)

Anyway. I go into this one knowing that we first meet Hayes, that Kinsey is up to his usual slimy tricks, and that Woolsey goes from one-note bad guy to two-note I'll-back-the-guy-on-top. This is just live-blogging my reactions, although I might include some questions along the way. Onwards!

Bottom line: yeah, I see why this slipped so easily under my radar. Nothing actually happens, does it? Anything new here is made pretty obvious in Lost City. Still, even a few minutes of extra George footage makes the ep worth it. :)

I think this leaves me with only three SG-1 eps that I have not yet seen, and one of them is coming up in S8. Gemini, here I come!
