Today is the very last day for nominating your favorite fic, vid, icon, banner, website, or other fanwork at the Stargate Fan Awards. There have been 1,282 nominations, as of this posting. It'll be interesting to see how that number increases before midnight tonight. :)
It's a great way to say thank you to someone who has given you pleasure through their love of the fandom, and if you're proud of something of your own, the rules allow for self-noms, too.
